01 Subsidy Objects and Conditions
Automobile Sales Legal Person Enterprises Registered in Xiangzhou District to Purchase New Energy Vehicles and Complete Registration (i.e. Registration) in Zhuhai City. The subsidy must meet the following conditions at the same time:
■ Date of purchasing a new car: April 2, 2022 to December 31, 2022; the "entry (refund) warehouse date" registered with motor vehicle purchase tax payment certificate is used as the purchase date.
■ Car purchase by eligible car dealer companies: Car sales legal person companies registered in Xiangzhou District purchase new energy new cars (that is, the newly registered license plate is a gradient green plate or a yellow-green double plate, the same below).
■ Vehicle registration: Consumers must complete the registration of newly purchased vehicles in Zhuhai City (commonly known as "vehicle registration").

02 Subsidy content and standard
provides comprehensive subsidies for consumers who meet the conditions specified in Article 1 to purchase new energy vehicles in the use of power supply, parking, and passage. The specific subsidy standards are as follows:
(1) 100,000 yuan (the tax price of in the motor vehicle sales invoice, the same below) The following new cars: 2,000 yuan per vehicle ;
(2) 100,000 yuan (inclusive) to 300,000 yuan New cars: 7,000 yuan per vehicle ;
(3) 300,000 yuan (inclusive) and above: 12,000 yuan per vehicle .
03 The term for applying for subsidies
subsidy funds will be declared starting from April 21, 2022, and the deadline is on January 31, 2023; it will be accepted from 9:00 to 12:00 am on working days and from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. If the financial subsidy funds are used up, the declaration deadline will be announced separately. If the submission is not submitted within the deadline, it will be deemed to be a waiver of the declaration.
04 Materials for applying for subsidies
■ Materials required:
1. subsidy fund application form (see Attachment 2: http://www.zhxz.gov.cn/xxgk/tzgg/content/mpost_3135411.html);
2. The valid ID card of the car buyer (front and back), and the bank card (or bank passbook) of the car buyer, and the copy on the same A4 paper;
3. new car sales contract (the seller's name on the contract must be the same as the sales unit name on the sales invoice; the buyer's name on the contract must be the same as the purchaser's name on the motor vehicle sales invoice, the taxpayer's name on the vehicle purchase tax payment certificate, and the owner of the vehicle driving license);
4. Motor vehicle sales invoice;
5. Vehicle purchase tax payment certificate (can be downloaded and printed by self-service through the "Guangdong Taxation" official account or the "Guangdong Taxation" mini program; the vehicle identification code/frame number on the certificate must be the same as the motor vehicle sales invoice and vehicle driving license);
6. Vehicle driving license.

05 Time limit for issuance of subsidy
If the conditions for subsidy are met and the application materials are clear, true, accurate and complete, the subsidy will be issued by the car buyer within 20 working days after submitting the materials.
