Secretary-General of the "Supervision Office" Zhu Fumei replied that each "Supervision Commission" exercises its powers independently, and there are relevant legal norms regarding the relief procedures and pipelines after the announcement of the investigation report; in the investigation of the case, the "Supervision Commission" determined that it was three different cases, and investigated Weng Qihui's internal transactions; whether there were any abuses in the Shilin Land Inspection prosecution; accepted Weng Qihui's confession, and there was a problem in determining the time of the gift tax, so there was no "one case and three investigations".
However, Li Guimin, the "Blue Committee" questioned, objecting to the question, believing that these three cases were actually the same facts. She questioned that the same facts, and using different titles, could become three cases. "Blue Committee" Fei Hongtai asked if there were any cases of "one case and three investigations" in the past, while Zhu Fumei said that this was the case of Xu Ziqiang and Jiang Guoqing.
