He introduced to the visiting guests that the Shenzhen Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce is a community organization jointly initiated and established by entrepreneurs in Shenzhen in four cities in eastern Guangdong. Since its establishment, the Chamber of Commerce has actively built two service systems and three economic platforms. In 2012, it established the first party committee of Shenzhen’s off-site chamber of commerce to give full play to the political core and political leadership role of the party organization in non-civilian companies. The work of the Chamber of Commerce is stable and orderly, and is innovative. He introduced that the "Jiaozhou Bay Docking Shenzhen Bay" Private Small and Medium Enterprises Action Plan (referred to as the "Shuangwan Plan") was launched in Shenzhen in 2019. By carrying out a series of activities for innovation and development of Qingdao private small and medium-sized enterprises in Shenzhen, we will deeply learn Shenzhen's innovation model and promote the docking and exchange of entrepreneurs and industries between the two places. Vice President Lin Lishuang has been engaged in intellectual property work for 30 years and has been providing comprehensive intellectual property services to private enterprises. She introduced to everyone the intellectual property service agency, China (Southern) Intellectual Property Operation Center, jointly established and operated by her company Shenzhen Elite Intellectual Property Group Co., Ltd., which is the core and important carrier of Shenzhen's ecological system for building the "1+1+5+N" intellectual property operation Shenzhen model ecological system.
Vice President Lin Lishuang said that China has always attached great importance to intellectual property protection, especially last year, the Supreme People's Court issued an opinion requiring comprehensive strengthening of judicial protection of intellectual property rights and providing strong judicial services and guarantees for the construction of an innovative country, the construction of a socialist modern power, and the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities. In the future, whether it is Shenzhen or Qingdao, the innovative development of private enterprises will require the protection of intellectual property rights. The service objects of China (Southern) Intellectual Property Operation Center and the "Shuangwan Plan" overlap. The two parties can establish cooperation to open up channels for intellectual property and scientific and technological innovation, finance, industry, etc. for many private enterprises, and provide comprehensive intellectual property protection services.

It can strengthen exchanges and cooperation with member enterprises of the Shenzhen Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce, accelerate the exchange and exchange of industries, technologies and resources, and promote the two-way docking of advantageous industries and innovative achievements of enterprises from all parties, complement each other's advantages, and win-win cooperation.
