In the article in the previous two days, I introduced the circuit configuration of the household distribution box, the circuit breaker selection and function selection. However, after reading the article, many friends asked questions in the background crazily, saying that they had bought all the things in the distribution box, but unfortunately they couldn't assemble them.

Today, let’s talk about the wiring methods of common components in the household box.

There are not many things in the household box, there are six types of circuit breakers in total - 1P, 2P, 1P+N, 1P leakage, 2P leakage, 1P+N leakage. There are two types of wiring trays - zero row and ground row. independent attachment is the only common one - over-voltage tripper.

circuit breaker

circuit breaker, there are actually only three wiring methods.

The first type - connect casually without distinguishing left and right, representative characters: 2P empty opening and 2P leakage ▼

2P circuit breaker does not distinguish left and right, no zero fire. There are two terminals on the upper and lower sides. Two points should be paid attention to when wiring:

1. The upper port must be connected to the inlet line; the lower port must be connected to the outlet line.

2. Zero live wire sequence, the above port wiring is the main one. For example, the upper port is connected to the live wire and the rear port is connected to the neutral wire. Then the qualifying end should also be left fire and right zero.

: 2P empty switch can be used as the main switch. When 2P empty switch is used as the main switch, its inlet line is the entrance line. Its outgoing line is the incoming line of each branch circuit breaker.

The second type - according to the symbol, the representative characters: 1P+N empty opening, 1P+N leakage, 1P leakage▼

There are two terminals on the upper and lower ends of these circuit breakers, and the same is connected to the inlet line and the inlet line on the lower end. Unlike 2P circuit breakers, two of the 4 terminals in total (one of the upper and lower ones) will be marked with the letter "N". When wiring, connect the neutral wire to the N terminal and the live wire to the other terminal - the left and right positions of N are not fixed, and the brand and direction are different.

The third type - only one set of wiring posts, representative characters: 1P empty opening ▼

1P empty opening is the most special. It only has two wiring posts in and out. When wiring, you only need to connect the live wire - where is the neutral wire connected? That's why I put it at the end of this paragraph.

wiring row

wiring row is divided into zero row and ground row. The two can be clearly distinguished from the appearance▼

flat is zero row, and U-shaped ground row. When using the zero row, two insulated terminals need to be matched with the insulated terminals, and then fixed between the zero row and the bottom plate of the distribution box. The ground row can be directly fixed to the bottom plate of the distribution box. The function of

zero-row is to be used in conjunction with the 1P circuit breaker - there is no neutral wire connected to the 1P circuit breaker, and the neutral wires in the circuit controlled by the 1P circuit breaker all come from the zero-row - yes, if there are multiple 1P circuit breakers in a distribution box, the neutral wires of these circuits are connected. The zero-row incoming line of

is like the branch circuit breaker, and they all come from the 2P main switch. Therefore, the actual wiring is like this▼

ground arrangement is relatively simple, and its inlet line is ground line home entry line.

over-voltage tripper

over-voltage tripper As an protection element , it has become more and more popular. It is generally installed next to the main switch - in the distribution box that uses an over-voltage tripper, and the outlet of the 2P main switch is directly connected to the inlet end of the over-voltage tripper. Pass the output line of the undervoltage tripper and connect it to the branch circuit breaker and the incoming end of the zero row.

It should be noted that many over-voltage trippers will produce products that enter and exit in order to facilitate wiring. So you must see this clearly when wiring.
