"Zao Township Happy Events" is the first fishing Drum Opera movie and the first opera movie in Binzhou. The film tells the story of the trumpet maker Cui Haha. When Fulai's son Xiaozhu gets married, he lends money to Fulai to encourage unhealthy trends and brags about his son Xiaocheng's wedding to be even more glorious. When I learned that Xiaocheng's girlfriend Tian Zao was the daughter of Tian Xiumei, a lover who was forcibly separated due to no bride price in the past, I became more determined to have a big feast.
