At the symposium on supervision, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau reported on the overall situation of innovation work of private science and technology enterprises in our city and the relevant situation of handling proposals. The co-organizers of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce introduced the relevant opinions on co-organizations. In recent years, our city has continuously improved the innovation policy system, increased the cultivation of innovative enterprises, strengthened the construction of enterprise R&D institutions, optimized the innovation and entrepreneurship ecology, and effectively promoted the high-quality development of private enterprises. As of the end of 2021, the city has 17,942 national science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, a total of 11,165 effective high-tech enterprises, a total of 1,301 municipal gazelle enterprises were included in the warehouse, and 217 municipal "unicorn" cultivation enterprises, of which more than 80% are private enterprises. Zhang Dongchi made a summary of the meeting. He fully affirmed the achievements made in scientific and technological innovation work of private enterprises in our city, and said that the proposal committee members of the supervision proposal were put forward accurately and the organizer was handled seriously, and the supervision activities achieved the expected results. Regarding the next step of work, he hopes that, first, we must strengthen the leadership of industrial planning, take development planning as the leader, and build a high-quality and high-tech hard-core industrial cluster. Second, we must give full play to the role of policy promotion, implement special policies in detail, make up for shortcomings, stimulate potential, and maximize the benefits of private enterprises. Third, we must gather all kinds of innovative talents, continue to deepen the recruitment of talents and wisdom, and vigorously introduce urgently needed talents and innovation teams such as biomedicine and new materials. Fourth, we must expand diversified financing channels, increase the efforts of scientific and technological innovation funds to support inclusive scientific and technological innovation, and actively build a public service platform for science and technology finance. Fifth, we must create a first-class innovation ecosystem, combine the cultivation and construction of innovation alliances, strengthen the support of scientific and technological professional services, accelerate technology transfer and results transformation, continuously optimize the business environment, and form a strong synergy to promote scientific and technological innovation in private enterprises.
