China Science Newspaper is responsible for the promotion and selection of popular science works in mainland China.

(I) Reward object:

Chinese natural science popularization works (including history of science, excluding science fiction) targeting general intellectuals and young people, divided into original and translated works.

(II) Awards:

Original and translated works won one gold and silver award each, and multiple excellent works awards.

(Five) Registration deadline:

Registration and recommendations will be accepted from January 1, 2022, and the receipt will be completed on March 18, 2022 (based on the postmark).

(VI) Selection method:

points to three stages: primary selection, re-selection and final selection. The review of each stage will invite well-known Chinese scientific scholars from home and abroad to serve as the subject. The primary and secondary election stages are selected by Taiwan and the mainland respectively.

(VII) Selection criteria:

takes inspiration, trustworthiness (rich and correct content), understanding (clear expression), and interest (attract readers and high readability), among which "correct content" is a necessary condition for selection. The focus of the translation award selection includes text content selection and work translation level.

(Eight) Award Ceremony:

Invites the winners to attend, recommend them to the public and promote them to the media; the gold and silver marks registered by this association shall be copied by the winning publisher and printed on the winning works.

works to be elected, plagiarism or does not meet the qualifications for election.
