October 3, 2022 to January 1, 2023, the license plate numbers of restricted motor vehicles are: 1 and 6, 2 and 7, 3 and 8, 4 and 9, 5 and 0 respectively. Temporary license plates are limited to the number of license plates. If the license plates have English letters, they shall be managed as 0.
Due to the National Day holiday, this round of last number rotation actually starts on October 10 (Monday). The last number of restricted lines will be 1 and 6 tomorrow Monday (October 10). Please be careful to abide by it.
In order to effectively consolidate the effectiveness of air pollution control, reduce motor vehicle pollutant emissions, and continuously improve the air quality in the capital, according to the "Notice of the Beijing Municipal People's Government on Implementing Regional Traffic Management Measures for Peak Periods of Working Days", from April 4, 2022 to April 2, 2023, Beijing will continue to implement regional traffic restrictions during peak hours (except Saturdays and Sundays when it is adjusted to work due to the statutory holidays and holidays).
The central state organs within the administrative region of this city, party and government organs at all levels in the city, the central government and social groups, institutions and state-owned enterprises affiliated to the city will be suspended for one day per week according to the license plate number (0:00 to 24:00), and the scope is the roads within the administrative region of this city.
According to the relevant provisions of the " Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China " and the " Beijing Air Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations ", other motor vehicles in this city implement traffic restrictions in the area according to the peak hours of working days according to the license plate number. The traffic restrictions are from 7:00 to 20:00, and the scope is roads within the fifth ring road (excluding the fifth ring road). Motor vehicles below
are not subject to the restriction measures for the last number:
(I) Police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, and engineering rescue vehicles;
(II) Public electric vehicles, inter-provincial long-distance passenger vehicles and large buses , Beijing B section license plate taxis (excluding rental vehicles), postal special vehicle, vehicles holding tourist bus operating certificate issued by the municipal transportation administrative department, unit shuttle buses and school buses approved by the municipal public security traffic management department;
(III) Administrative law enforcement vehicles and special operating vehicles for clearance that are uniformly identified and perform official duties in the body;
(IV) Special operating vehicles for sanitation, gardens, road maintenance, and emergency communication guarantees, funeral vehicles in funeral homes;
(V) Vehicles with the word "全" number and vehicles approved for temporary entry;
(V) Pure electric passenger car (a passenger car driven by an electric motor using rechargeable batteries as the only source of power).
Note: Oil-electric hybrid motor vehicles must also comply with the license plate last number, and the traffic restrictions in the peak hours of working days are required for traffic management measures for traffic
