(III) Main responsibilities of the job

1. According to the overall development strategy of the China Steel International project, the company's development strategy and medium- and long-term development plan are formulated, and the implementation is organized.

2. Fully responsible for the company's production and operation management, formulate and organize the implementation of the annual production and operation plan , investment plan, investment and financing plan, financial budget and final accounts plan, profit distribution plan and loss compensation plan, etc., and organize and implement the decisions of the executive director.

3. Lead the company to carry out various business activities, formulate and optimize the company's business development model, market development strategy, and business management processes; coordinate, inspect and supervise the production and operation of each business unit, and be responsible for the company's overall business goals.

4. Lead the company's organizational change, optimize and institutional settings, organize the formulation and improvement of company specific regulations; carry out management and guidance of branch (subsidiary) companies to ensure their coordinated and orderly development.

(4) Industry experience requirements: Have experience in management of high-tech enterprises, scientific research institutes (such as design institutes, research institutes) and other enterprises; or have experience in management of safety and environmental protection of production enterprises (such as steel, coal mines, mining, environmental treatment, chemical industry, etc.) and related consulting companies.

(5) Management experience requirements: Social applicants should have more than 5 years of work experience as deputy positions in leadership teams of large enterprises for more than 3 years or middle-level positions or above.

(6) Knowledge, skills and ability requirements: Familiar with enterprise business management, R&D management, familiar with the main businesses of the safety and environmental protection field and environmental engineering field; have a high level of policy and resource mobilization, strong business decision-making ability, innovation promotion ability, communication and coordination ability, supervision and control ability, and ability to handle complex problems and emergencies.
