The examination meeting was a consensus decision, and the opinions of most members would be respected. As for Xu Yaochang's view of his party being revoked, Zhong Dongjin said that if it was a resolution made by Liu Zhenghong, chairman of the Miaoli County Party Committee of the Kuomintang, he felt it was not fair, because Liu Zhenghong helped Xu Dingzhen, who was nominated by non-Kuomintang four years ago, can be tested and has complete evidence. If Xu Yaochang's party membership is revoked now, Liu Zhenghong's party membership should be revoked first to be in line with fairness and justice.
