Donetsk On March 14, 2022 local time, Ukraine launched a "dot"-U (Точка-У) missile launched "retaliation" at the settlements of the Donetsk region. Although the missile was intercepted by the air defense system deployed in Donetsk before it hit, the wreckage of the missile and the warhead that failed to completely fail were scattered, causing more than 20 casualties, and causing damage to some buildings and causing fire.
Following closely behind, on the evening of March 15, Ukraine launched a "Dound"-U missile at another residential settlement in the Donetsk region, which was also intercepted by the air defense system deployed in Donetsk, but the missile wreckage still caused more than ten casualties.
In just a few days, the Ukrainian side, which had a bad situation, began to gradually move towards hysteria and launched high-frequency military attacks on civilian settlements. There is no doubt that it will be a matter of time sooner or later for the Ukrainian Zelensky government, which brought the Nazi armed forces under its command. Under the idea that "hereth is more hateful than the enemy", the "Ukrainian heretics" in the Donetsk region naturally all "things should be killed" from civilians to military forces.
Of course, many people have talked about these ideological issues. Today we will briefly talk about the weapons that appeared in these events - "Dound" - U tactical ballistic missile system.
Before World War II , the only weapon that land-based forces can strike important targets behind enemy lines was large-caliber artillery . And in the years after World War II, the development of missile/rocket weapons changed this situation.
missile/rocket weapons can be lighter in range than traditional body-barrel artillery, with greater warhead power, and it is easier to make self-propelled weapons.
After the end of World War II , the Soviet Union manufactured its earliest tactical rocket weapon "Luna/Луна), which was assigned to Motorized Force and Armored Force . The system is quite simple in structure. The weapon is an unguided rocket equipped with a solid propellant engine. It can deliver a 350kg high-explosive disc warhead to a range of 45km (far exceeding the range of 152mm body-barrel guns that can be used in the same arrangement).
"Luminous" tactical rocket system entered service in 1960. While this first generation of rocket greatly improved the firepower coverage, it is also famous for its amazing accuracy. According to tests in the Soviet era, the spread range of early "Luminous" rockets exceeded 1km. In the suggestion section of the conclusion, the Soviet army wrote that "the problem of accuracy can be partially solved by using nuclear warhead ."
In order to improve combat effectiveness, in 1968, the Soviet Union began to promote the development of a new and more advanced tactical missile . This is the "Dound" (Точка) tactical missile system (GARU No. 9K79), and was put into production and tactical duty tasks in 1973.
"Dound" - U tactical missile system uses a missile with a GARU number 9M79-1. The missile has little difference in appearance compared to the missile with a GARU number 9M79/9M79M used in the old "Dound" tactical missile system.
is a high-explosive disc warhead with GARU number 9H123F [although it is named F (фугасная) high-explosive, its main killing method still depends on the killing fragments scattered on the ground by explosions in the air].It mainly relies on a single warhead to cover the target, so its charge is 162kg of RDX and TNT mixed explosives (placed in the warhead in the figure), and has the ability to cover the target within a 3 hectares at one time using 5-20g high-speed fragments.
On March 14, Ukraine launched and intercepted a relatively uncommon warhead - the 9H123K cluster warhead. This warhead has 50 9H24 sub-munitions arranged along the central axis. Each such sub-munition is loaded with a charge of 1.5kg, which can produce up to 316 fragments with an average mass of 7 grams, which can more effectively cover the total area of 7 hectares of vitality.
In addition to the above two conventional warheads, the "Dound"-U tactical missile system also has the ability to carry special warheads. According to different data, the equivalent of tactical nuclear warheads it can carry ranges from 100,000 to 200,000 ton. (Of course, fortunately, this dangerous warhead has been eliminated from the root with Ukraine's "discarding nuclear", so we hardly see Ukraine use this dangerous warhead to be deployed everywhere)
With the red flag on the Kremlin in December 1991, and after the Soviet Union collapsed, the "Dound"-U tactical missile system also scattered among many of the Soviet Union's franchises with this incident.
As the "second son of the Soviet Union", Ukraine naturally inherited many of this type of equipment. As of 2014, Ukraine still held at least about 300 9M79/9M79-1 tactical missiles and was equipped with more warheads. (Of course, since Ukraine does not have the ability to independently prolong or upgrade these tactical missiles, the number of available missiles and warheads will continue to decrease in the foreseeable future) These missiles are mainly in Ukraine's 19th Tactical Missile Brigade, which has about 12 missile launchers. After the war between Russia and Ukraine began in 2022, it did not suffer a serious blow at the first time. Therefore, there are now such retaliation methods against civilians that continue to appear one after another.
And Ukraine uses the "Dound"-U tactical missile system to launch a strike against Donetsk.
As shown in the picture, this is a Ukrainian attack on the Donetsk region using the "Dound"-U tactical missile system. During the scattering of a missile, we can see the 9H24 sub-munition scattering of the 9H123K cluster warhead (large circle in the middle) and the missile's propulsion crash site (left box). It seems that the target is vast farmland, not the next to it (Beloyafka).
But we need to point out that as a tactical missile based on technology development in the 1970s, using inertial guidance, and probably not having long been in service for a long time, its original warhead deviation is likely to be quite large. In other words, it is likely that this missile is aimed at the Белояровка (Beloyavka) next to it, but it is only because the missile's technical status is not good that it has been fortunately not caused a major disaster.
This is not entirely a conspiracy theory. After all, in this attack, the 9M79 and 9M79M launched by the "Dound" tactical missile system successively covered the area less than 1000m near Белояровка (Beloyafka), which largely confirms the above inference.
Therefore, the retaliation against civilians by Ukraine in the two recent attacks is likely not a "temporary intention" at all, but the consistent behavior has finally succeeded this time.
If this is true, Ukraine, which Zelensky and his staff are under the management, will undoubtedly be responsible for and be tried for such "anti-human" crimes that are beyond the scope of war.
