, Chairman of Qunchuang, Hong Jinyang, condemned Huike's repeated disregard for intellectual property rights, and asked the court to issue an injunction order , prohibit Huike from producing and selling infringing TV panels, and seek substantial compensation for damages.
Hong Jinyang pointed out that Qunchuang's lawsuit against Huike infringing products again in the Shenyang Intermediate People's Court is different from the products in previous lawsuits. This proves that Huike is not only continuing to produce infringing products, but also not changing its infringement for the new development panel. Therefore, it is reasonable to suspect that Huike is continuing to plagiarize the products of Qunchuang celebrity. Qunchuang will continue to search for evidence for such behavior and will take all necessary legal actions.
Qunchuang once sued Huike for infringement with the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court and the Ningbo Intermediate People's Court on February 12, 2018. Although Huike used his patent to infringement, the court ruled that Huike's patents were all invalid and was rejected in June this year.
Qunchuang pointed out in the announcement that the company currently owns thousands of patents such as high-end technology and high-quality, calling on companies to compete openly and fairly on the premise of respecting intellectual property rights, and also pointed out that Huike had infringed on Shenzhen Huaxing Optoelectronics related panel patents.
Shenzhen Huaxing Optoelectronics filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Huike in the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court on April 26 this year. The products involved include Huike 23.6-inch, 32-inch, 43-inch and 50-inch LCD panels, which basically cover all mainstream LCD panel sizes mass-produced and sold by Huike; the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court issued a lawsuit injunction in mid-November, requiring Huike to stop producing infringing products immediately.
