On April 22, the "Youth Heart to the Party and Make Contributions to the New Era" commemorating the 100th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement and the top ten outstanding youths in the new era, hosted by the County Youth League Committee, was held at the Fourth Hall Conference Center to commend a group of outstanding youth models that emerged in "Entering the New Era and Building New Jishan".
County Party Secretary Lian Guangfeng, County People's Congress Standing Committee Chairman Wang Zhao and four major teams led at home, party committee secretaries and township mayors, top leaders of county-level units, student league members, grassroots youth league cadres, and recipients of commendation watched the award ceremony together. Before the
award ceremony began, the Communist Youth League members present raised their right hands facing the league flag and reviewed the oath of joining the league.

100 years, upholding the May Fourth spirit of patriotism, progress, democracy and science, generations of passionate young people have composed countless songs of youth for the sake of national prosperity and national rejuvenation. In recent years, under the strong leadership of the county party committee, county government and municipal Youth League Committee, the county party committee has conscientiously implemented the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, improved leadership bodies, optimized the structure of the Youth League cadres, weaved the organizational structure, promoted the reform of the Young Pioneers, standardized the construction of party branches, strengthened the education of advanced counties of League members, strengthened the training and learning of Youth League cadres, strengthened the ideological and political leadership of young people, and promoted the construction of clean and honest government. On the occasion of commemorating the 100th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, the County Youth League Committee also held the " Jishan County Top Ten Outstanding Youths in the New Era" selection activity. After candidate application, initial qualification review, online public voting and evaluation by the organizing committee, 10 winners of the "Top Ten Outstanding Youths in the New Era" and 8 nomination awards of the "Top Ten Outstanding Youths in the New Era" were selected.
