In order to solidly promote the construction of a one-stop multi-dispute resolution mechanism with Chinese characteristics, further improve the ability of the people's mediators in the city to resolve social conflicts and disputes in a timely manner, and reduce the increase in litigation from the source, on September 15, the Jiaozuo Intermediate People's Court filing Court held a one-stop multi-dispute resolution business training meeting, and more than 50 mediators and pre-trial mediation related staff attended the training meeting.
This training meeting invited two senior judges from the relevant business departments of the Jiaozuo Intermediate People's Court to teach. The two invited lecturers combined specific cases to explain in-depth and easy-to-understand legal knowledge, the latest judicial interpretations, as well as case trial methods and mediation skills in cases of frequent conflicts and disputes such as private lending, motor vehicle traffic accidents, and insurance disputes, which inspired and benefited a lot. Warm applause was constantly erupting at the scene. After the meeting, the mediators said that through this training, not only did they learn legal-related knowledge, but they also laid a solid foundation for future actual mediation work.
