In the past two days, the temperature in Yantai has become so hot that I don’t want to go out. Air conditioning + WiFi + ice cream is simply the best way to open in summer. For the little cutie who doesn’t want to go out, fortunately, there is mango ice cream to help her!
Today I will teach you how to make mango ice cream. You can try it~
Lazy simple version
Ingredients: 200 grams of mango 2
1. Wash the mango and cut it into two halves along the core
2. Make a grid on the flesh, but pay attention Do not cut off the skin, turn
3 from top to bottom. Remove the peel and remove the pulp
4. Put the milk and mango meat in the mixer and beat it into mango milk
5. Beat the light cream until 6 minutes
6. Add the mango milk to an appropriate amount of water starch, boil it on low heat and cool it into ice cream
7. Add the ice cream liquid to light cream and pour it into the mixer and stir evenly
8. Put the stirred ice cream liquid in the refrigerator and freeze
9. Freeze for 2 hours and stir. Then put it in the refrigerator for freezing, and repeat it for 2 or 3 times
serious and complex version
Ingredients: 500g mango (pure meat); 500g milk; 2 eggs; 50g white sugar; appropriate amount of original acid; appropriate amount of blueberry sauce; appropriate amount of raisins.
1. Cut the mango meat into small pieces; add egg yolks separately.
2. Cook the milk for about 10 minutes, concentrate to about 100g, and let cool.
3. Put mango meat, egg yolk, 30g white sugar and milk into a paste and put it in a box.
4. Beat a little thick bubble in a clean container with oil-free and water-free egg whites, then add the remaining 320g of sugar, and continue to beat until the tip of the whisk is lifted.
5. Put the egg white into the mango paste.
6. Mix well and cover the lid and freeze it in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours (the time depends on the refrigeration of your refrigerator. I was so frustrated by my refrigerator last night).
7. Take it out and stir every certain time (it is said that it will take it out once every half an hour, stir it 3-4 times. Mine doesn't work, it will take it out every 2 hours, stir it once every 3 hours, and I get up and stir it once every 3 o'clock in the middle of the night). After stirring it 3-4 times, let it freeze in the refrigerator for a few hours.
8. After freezing, take it out and dig it out with a spoon (I didn’t have a special scoop for digging ice cream, so I found a plastic spoon to scoop milk powder).
9. Dig out 2 or 3 ice hockeys and put them in ice cream cups, drizzle them with yogurt and blueberry sauce, and add raisins.
10. Add two cherries to decorate.
