Since 2021, Zibo Hi-tech Zone has conscientiously implemented the "Zibo City New Employment Housing Rental Subsidy Management Measures for Stage Housing without Houses" jointly issued by six departments of Zibo City, and can enjoy a 36-month Stage Rental Subsidy for first-time employment and employment registration. The issuance standard will be determined based on factors such as the number of new employed workers without housing and their education. Applicants can receive subsidies ranging from 300 to 500 yuan per month.
reporter learned that in the first three quarters of 2021, the Finance and Financial Bureau of Zibo Hi-Tech Zone allocated 90,740.15 yuan to issue affordable housing rental subsidies. Among them, 20 households met the standards to receive subsidies in the first quarter; 26 households met the standards to receive subsidies in the second quarter, and 27 households met the standards to receive subsidies in the third quarter.
