Qiu Guozheng, head of Taiwan's defense department, said that the current situation in the Taiwan Strait is at the "most severe moment" in his more than 40 years of military service. The leader of the DPP authorities issued a statement saying, "We must warn the Beijing authorities to be restrained and avoid accidental fire."

Is it big enough tone? Isn’t it impolite to come and not go to “welcome” them without taking the strategic attitude of anti-intervention/regional denial?
In order to find a supplement for itself, Mo Jian, chairman of the "American Association in Taiwan", argued that the US policy toward Taiwan remains basically unchanged, and is still based on the three Sino-US joint communiqués, the "Taiwan Relations Law" and the "six guarantees" to Taiwan. "Double Standard Beautiful Country" is definitely not a false reputation; the green camp that is popular with it really overestimates itself.

Therefore, some media commented that the location of the National Day air parade in mainland China this year was moved from Tiananmen Square to the Taiwan Strait, clearly declaring sovereignty. On the other hand, Taiwan's China Times published an article to evaluate: "On the eve of Double Tenth National Day, the Taiwan Strait was in a turbulent state."
It can be imagined that in the context of intensifying collusion between external forces and "Taiwan independence" elements on the island, as long as the Taiwan issue is not resolved for a day, the mainland's military high-pressure situation against Taiwan will continue. At this point, do not underestimate the determination and will of the mainland .
But this is not the only solution to the cross-strait problem.
On October 9, a grand meeting commemorating the 110th anniversary of the Xinhai Revolution was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Uncle Dao was particularly impressed by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s two sentences. One sentence is to quote Mr. Sun Yat-sen's words: "'Unification' is the hope of all Chinese people. If it can be unified, the people of the whole country will enjoy happiness; if it cannot be unified, it will suffer." The other sentence is "To achieve the reunification of the motherland in a peaceful way is most in line with the overall interests of the Chinese nation, including our compatriots in Taiwan." can be regarded as a whole. In other words, the Chinese Communists are the most firm supporters, the most loyal collaborators, and the most loyal successors of Mr. Sun Yat-sen's revolutionary cause, and the mainland is the greatest supporter of peaceful reunification.

In contrast, after the Democratic Progressive Party authorities took office in 2016, they refused to recognize the one-China principle and the "1992 Consensus", colluded with external forces to seek "independence" provocation, undermined cross-strait exchanges and cooperation, and created cross-strait confrontation. They were the initiators of the current tension in cross-strait relations. What they did was contrary to Mr. Sun Yat-sen's last wish, integrity and spirit.
Some Taiwanese politicians shouted to the mainland at the top of their voices to "avoid guns and fires" but just pretending to be confused with their understanding - military aircraft patrolling Taiwan shows a unified will. Once they really "get guns and fires", the ones they fear the most are naturally the "Taiwan independence" elements who have ghosts in their hearts.

In addition to looking for foreign aid and "challenging" the mainland, the DPP authorities and green camp politicians are not idle either. They knew that "pick up the broom and fight" was just a saying.
Taiwan’s defense department previously claimed to accelerate the mass production of missiles and borrow NT$200 billion in debt to develop weapons. It can be seen that the "Taiwan independence" forces still have the intention to resist unification with force. Some people predict that in 2025, the mainland will have the ability to "full attack on Taiwan". This prediction reflects a great anxiety of "time not being mine" on the island.
But Taiwanese people need not be upset. The mainland is very clear that if Chinese people don’t attack Chinese people, non-peaceful means are not directed at their compatriots in Taiwan. As for those "Taiwan independence" elements who are obsessed with separatism and creating opposition, Xi Jinping also emphasized very clearly that the Chinese nation has a glorious tradition of opposing separatism and maintaining unity. Anyone who forgets his ancestors, betrays the motherland, or divides the country will never have a good ending and will be despised by the people and judged by history!
Although the current situation in the Taiwan Strait is complex and severe, the times and trends are always on the side of the power of advocating national unity, and the dominance and initiative in solving the Taiwan issue are always on the side of the mainland of the motherland.
