On the morning of October 13, a press conference on aviation opening activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Air Force was held in Beijing. Air Force spokesperson Shen Jinke introduced that to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Air Force, the People's Air Force will hold the "Aviation Opening Activities to Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Air Force" at the Air Force Changchun Airport from October 17 to 21. J-20 and Y-20 will spread their wings for the first time.
This is the first time that the new generation of stealth fighter J-20 and large transport aircraft Y-20 have been flying in the Northeast region. Colonel Dong Bida, the Air Force General Staff Department, said that at that time, the J-20 will show the public a dual-aircraft flight, with a total of 6 sets of actions, including small-angle rising turns, single-aircraft afterburner battle turns, single-aircraft straight-up pull-up and tilt rolling, etc. The audience will fully appreciate the excellent performance of the fighter and the superb technology of the pilot.
The event is held for 5 days in total, including 1 theme day and 4 public days, and is divided into three major sections: aerial display, ground display and supporting activities. The air display includes flight/sky diving performance, combat aircraft performance display, trainer aircraft teaching display, airborne special combat team demonstration, etc. There are 10 types of aircraft to be held, including advanced models such as J-20, J-16, and Y-20. They will perform single-air or dual-air performances. Several performance teams such as "August 1", "Red Eagle", "Wings of the Sky" and "Blue Eagle" will dance together in the blue sky.
In terms of ground display, the National Day parade equipment such as H-6K, Attack 2 drones, Red 22 and Red 9B ground guide weapon systems constitute the four series of equipment static display sections of "Eagle Eagle" (training equipment), "Air Operation", "Air Delivery" and "Air Support". A total of 46 types of equipment were dispatched 71 aircraft (quantity and pieces), of which 19 aircraft were displayed statically, basically covering the main aircraft types of the Air Force, and the highest number of all aviation open activities.
To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Air Force, the aviation industry will participate in this event as a support unit, and will plan and arrange a total of about 9,000 square meters of aviation industry exhibition halls, immersive experience halls, aviation interactive experiences and popular science cultural and creative halls with the theme of "Open Air Force, Open Aviation Industry". Focusing on the Party’s goal of strengthening the military in the new era, guided by the People’s Air Force’s “ air-to-space integrated , both offense and defense” goal, and taking the serialized development of aviation weapons and equipment as the main line, we select star products and key exhibits represented by the “20” series, showing an air combat system with a highly integrated elements such as air control, strike, early warning, information, and delivery, and comprehensively displaying the achievements of the People’s Air Force’s leapfrog development of aviation equipment, as well as the strength of China’s aviation industry to independently develop advanced aviation equipment and the comprehensive support capabilities required to improve the capacity building of the People’s Air Force in the new era. Air strike and anti-missile exhibition area mainly displays combat aircraft such as fighter jets, bombers, airborne weapons and systems. The exhibition area uses a model exhibition and graphics combined with touch screen display to introduce the development process, various types of numbers and combat methods of the aircraft.
Strategic Warning and Information Confrontation
Strategic Warning and Information Confrontation Operation Exhibition Area mainly displays early warning aircraft, electronic confrontation aircraft and drones. The exhibition area uses a display method combining model exhibition and graphics, text and video to introduce the development process of the aircraft, various types of numbers and combat methods.
Strategic Submission and Comprehensive Support
Strategic Submission and Comprehensive Support Exhibition Area mainly displays various transport aircraft represented by Y20, as well as airborne protective equipment and other related exhibits that reflect comprehensive support capabilities.
combat simulation and training efficiency improvement
combat simulation and efficiency training exhibition area mainly introduces trainers represented by L15 and FTC2000, as well as overall capacity building related to pilot training, training and even combat effectiveness formation.
Future Comprehensive Operation System Concept
Future Comprehensive Operation System Concept Exhibition Area uses the combination of screen and three-dimensional sand table to show the combat power of the modern air force that my country is building and developing.Showcase all the air force branches, mainly air force, display the Chinese Air Force's active combat aircraft, combat support aircraft, and equipment displays on the ground and ground at mid-to-high altitudes, and displays my country's future combat command system in a comprehensive and three-dimensional manner, reflecting the Air Force's belief in firm development towards "air-space integration, offense and defense"
