Donggang City People's Government of Dandong City, Liaoning Province reported on September 22 that Donggang City issued the "Notice of the Office of the Donggang City People's Government on the Preferential Policies for Commercial Housing Purchase in Donggang City in 2022" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice").
The "Notice" shows that anyone who purchases commercial housing within the scope of Donggang City between September 23, 2022 and October 10, 2022 and completes the online registration of the commercial housing sales (pre-sale contract with Donggang City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Service Center will enjoy this preferential policy.
The "Notice" proposes that a deed tax subsidy is issued to home buyers who purchase the first commercial housing, but the home buyer must apply for the "Certificate of Purchase of First Commercial Housing" to enjoy the preferential policy.
Specific preferential measures are: if the construction area of commercial housing is less than 90 square meters, the purchase of commercial housing shall enjoy a monetary subsidy of 100% of the total deed tax paid by the purchased commercial housing; if the construction area of commercial housing is 90 (including 90) to 144 square meters, the purchase of commercial housing shall enjoy a monetary subsidy of 80% of the total deed tax paid by the purchased commercial housing; if the construction area of commercial housing exceeds 144 (including 144) square meters, the purchase of commercial housing shall enjoy a monetary subsidy of 60% of the total deed tax paid by the purchased commercial housing.
For home buyers who purchase non-first commercial housing, the "Notice" shows that no matter how much the commercial housing is purchased, they will enjoy a monetary subsidy of 50% of the total deed tax paid by the purchased commercial housing.
For the form of the event, the "Notice" shows that this event does not have a fixed commercial housing exhibition and sales site, and only policies are promoted through official news media and various real estate commercial housing sales offices. All properties participating in this event have obtained the "Commercial Housing Sales (Pre-) Sales License". The application and issuance of the house purchase currency subsidy is from April 11, 2023 to September 30, 2023 (expiration is invalid).
The "Notice" shows that the buyer must apply to the Donggang Housing and Urban-Rural Development Service Center with his/her valid identity certificate, home purchase invoice, tax payment certificate , the first commercial housing certificate, his/her bank card, subsidy application form and registered commercial housing sales (pre-) sales contract and other information. After completing the review, the Donggang Housing and Urban-Rural Development Service Center completes the review and applies to the Municipal Finance Bureau. After the funds arrive, the funds will be issued to the bank card provided by the buyer.
