1, New landmark: Dalian Science and Technology Cultural Center
Dalian Science and Technology Cultural Center project is located at the northeast end of the Donggang Business District of Dalian. It is surrounded by the sea on both sides. It is adjacent to China Merchants Zhenyuan, Ziyu Oriental Project and the I10 plot to be sold (click to view the planning) . It is adjacent to the coastal coastal zone on the north side. It is the planned coastal park on the east side. It is natural mountains on the south side, with mountains on the back facing the sea, and the landscape conditions are superior. The total land area of the
project is about 18.08 hectares, a construction area of 370,000 square meters, and a total investment of nearly 5 billion yuan. It consists of 5 plots.
project mainly includes five museums and one center, namely aquarium , cultural art venues (including art gallery , cultural hall , cultural hall , intangible cultural heritage display center ), and planetarium , science and technology museum (including emergency safety experience hall). 2, TOD Complex: It is planned to cover residential buildings on a bus hub
From the perspective of planning, this project will be built into a TOD project in the Donggang Business District in the future. On the southernmost side of the plot, it integrates the planning purposes of residential , business services, office and other aspects. The rail transit has Metro Line 2 + the 201 long-term extension line for tram.
Judging from the relevant planning and design drawings released by the Dalian Urban Design Institute, the bus hub complex has also been designed.

From the strategic plan for building "big cultural tourism" released by Dalian in July this year, the tourism upgrading and transformation project along the 201 tram was mentioned, and the city's science and technology and cultural center and other projects were mentioned.
