It is understood that the International Yacht Port of Dalian Donggang Business District has a pool area of about 7 hectares and a land area of about 3 hectares. It is the largest urban central yacht port in the Northeast region; there are a total of 222 yacht berths. Among them, there are 30-meter yacht berths, 24 yacht berths, 64 yacht berths, 80 yacht berths in 15-meter yacht berths, and 50 yacht berths in 10-meter yacht berths. They are important core areas such as financial centers, information hubs, company gathering places, sports and cultural centers and conference centers.
Since 2007, after seven years of rapid construction, most of the infrastructure construction has been completed. At present, the landmark buildings in the region include the International Conference Center, Music Fountain Square, International Yacht Port, Venice Oriental Water City, etc.; supporting more than 10 hotels at 5-star hotels, Hilton Hotel, , Conrad Hotel, and other hotels at all levels. Although the wind and waves outside are strong, the water surface in the port is relatively calm, which is a very favorable condition. At the same time, this port is also the most advanced port in all aspects of the Northeast region." Wang Wei said that Dalian Hande Sailing Club currently has 46 high-end yachts operating externally, and tourists are endless. On weekdays, you can experience the 40-minute yacht going out to sea. While feeding seagulls and blowing sea breeze on the yacht, you can also see the beautiful Dalian coast scenery.
Wang Wei said that in the future, the International Yacht Port of Donggang Business District will launch more diverse yacht tours, such as island tours, offshore tours, etc. "We hope to create a more affordable way to yacht tours so that more people can experience high-end outings."
Introduction to Dalian Planning and Display Center
After feeling "Dalian on the Sea", the interview team came to Dalian Planning and Display Center. This planning and exhibition center, covering an area of 10,900 square meters, with a total construction area of about 30,000 square meters and an exhibition area of 7,000 square meters, is one of the "Four Halls and Three Centers" in Dalian, fills the gap in Dalian's no urban planning-related exhibition halls, and an interactive platform for the general public to participate in planning and construction. It is a large public service facility integrating planning display, public participation, planning exchanges and other functions. The display area of the
display center has three floors, and 15 main exhibition halls are set up. The first floor takes "Reviewing the history of urban history and understanding the Dalian cultural context" as the clue, showing the development history of Dalian's urban construction; the second floor takes "Interpreting urban planning and leading the future of Dalian" as the core, showing the latest achievements and future development blueprints of Dalian's urban planning and construction; the third floor takes "Caring for the urban ecology and demonstrating Dalian's wisdom" as the theme, showing Dalian's unique ecological characteristics and the development concept of building a city based on people's livelihood.
The exhibition of Dalian City Planning Exhibition Center fully utilizes high-tech means, multiple cinemas and LED screens, a large number of real-life restoration and miniaturization models, and is also equipped with public facilities such as public announcement halls, temporary exhibition halls, urban book bars, and lecture halls.
