During the expropriation process, the resettlement methods are diverse. Residents can choose currency compensation, property rights exchange, and also choose platform housing. The expropriated houses are evaluated according to the market price and then increased by 20%. The compensation price for the property exchange is to compensate by 12% based on the appraisal price, and the price of resettlement houses is to reduce the preferential price by 10% based on the price of commercial housing in the same location.
According to the actual living needs of the five-phase expropriated households, 106 houses are resettled nearby, and 84 houses are available for the five-phase expropriated households to choose from. Houses on the six major municipal platforms have been fully opened. In April this year, the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government Special Offices studied and added six municipal platform resettlement housing sources. They are Beichen Harbor, Beichen Mingzhu, Jiangnan Times, Pinghu Xinyuan, Tingtaoyuan and Xinjiefang, which are for the selection of expropriated households in the fifth phase of the Huannan Ringnan, and the ratio of households to houses reached 1:1.3. More independent intentions in choosing a house. At present, there are still 66 households left in the fifth phase of Huannan Phase 5, and there are still 350 housing units left, and there are plenty of housing options to choose from.
