Yang Chao, deputy director of the Municipal Health Commission, reported that from 0:00 to 20:00 on September 5, Harbin City added 2 new local positive infections of the new coronavirus, including 1 confirmed case of new coronavirus pneumonia, in Daoli District . One new asymptomatic infection of the new coronavirus was added, and was located outside the channel. All were found in quarantine observation personnel. Since the outbreak in Harbin started on August 27, there have been 48 confirmed cases (including 1 closed-loop management personnel returning to Harbin from outside the province, including 1 converted from an asymptomatic infection to a confirmed case), and 22 asymptomatic infections.
