reporter learned from Heilongjiang Provincial Health Commission that from 0:00 to 24:00 on September 21, Heilongjiang Province added 7 new local confirmed cases and 4 cases in Harbin City (all in Xiangfang District ), all of which were centralized isolation; 23 cases in Jiamusi City (all in Xiangyang District), of which 1 case was found in centralized isolation and 2 cases were found in medical observation at home. There were 2109 new local asymptomatic infections in , 74 cases in Jiamusi City (46 cases in Xiangyang District, 218 cases in Qianjin District, 8 cases in suburbs, and 22 cases in Dongfeng District), of which 45 cases were found in centralized isolation, 27 cases were found in home isolation medical observation, 1 case was found in high-risk area screening, and 1 case was found in medium-risk area screening; 232 cases were found in Heihe City (all in Aihui District), of which 25 cases were found in community screening and 7 cases were found in centralized isolation; 2 cases were found in Harbin City (all in Xiangfang District), of which were found in centralized isolation; 21 cases were found in Daqing City (all in Longfeng District, ), of which were found in centralized isolation. One new confirmed case of imported cases (reported by Harbin City) and three new asymptomatic infections (reported by Harbin City). On the same day, 7 confirmed local cases were cured and discharged from hospital (all in Daqing City), 110 asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation (including 99 in Daqing City, , , Suihua City, and 1, Heihe City); 2 confirmed cases were cured and discharged from hospital on the same day, and 1 asymptomatic infection was released from medical observation.
As of 24:00 on September 21, Heilongjiang Province has 29 local confirmed cases and 620 local asymptomatic infections; there are 22 imported confirmed cases and 26 imported asymptomatic infections.
