If Mr. Wei did not pay 4,500 yuan immediately, he would send the video to Mr. Wei's colleagues and family. Because his indecent video was controlled by the other party, Mr. Wei had no choice but to transfer money to the account provided by the other party.

After receiving the report, the Nanning Railway Public Security Department quickly set up a special task force. After investigating the case, it was found that Tong from Wuhan was a major suspect in the crime. The special task force then went to Wuhan to arrest him.
