Qichacha official website information shows that on September 16, "Nanning Xiaozhongzheng Business Secretary Co., Ltd." underwent industrial and commercial changes, all the original shareholders withdrew, and the newly added wholly-owned shareholder BYD Auto, and was renamed "BYD (Guangxi) New Energy Co., Ltd.", with the registered capital increased from 300,000 yuan to 100 million yuan. In addition, the business scope of this renamed company has also changed, all related to the sales of new energy vehicle complete vehicles and parts.

However, the event reverses quickly.

According to an announcement from the official website of the Nanning Administrative Approval Bureau of Guangxi, on September 20, BYD Auto reported to the Market Service Section of the Nanning Administrative Approval Bureau that "BYD (Guangxi) New Energy" used its identity information to defraud of the company to register , and submitted an application form to revoke the registration of "BYD New Energy" and relevant evidence materials.

Nanning Administrative Approval Bureau stated in the announcement, "It was found that the official seal of BYD (Guangxi) New Energy Co., Ltd. in the materials submitted when applying for company change registration was forged and the signature of BYD Automobile Industry Co., Ltd.
