Recently, the Hong Kong SAR government announced the implementation of the "East Hong Kong" plan, exempting compulsory quarantine and quarantine for qualified incoming personnel. Non-Hong Kong residents who have not visited Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macao 14 days before entering Hong Kong can make an appointment for the "East Hong Kong" quota through the Hong Kong SAR government website, with a daily limit of 2,000 people. Those who make a successful appointment will have valid certificates for going to Hong Kong and negative nucleic acid test certificates. They will go to Hong Kong via Shenzhen Bay Port and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port and enjoy an exemption policy after entering the country.
In response to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's "Entertainment and Easy" plan, the Entry and Exit Administration of the People's Republic of China decided to resume the handling of business visas for mainland residents in Guangdong Province, providing entry and exit convenience for those who go to Hong Kong for business activities. Starting from October 11, employees of enterprises and individual business operators in Guangdong Province who go to Hong Kong to engage in business activities can apply to the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau for business visa application, except those who have travel history in medium and high-risk areas and areas with medium and high-risk areas within 14 days before the application. Personnel with business visas should go to Hong Kong through the Hong Kong "Hong Kong Easy" plan and consciously strictly abide by the regulations and requirements of relevant competent departments on epidemic prevention management.

In the next step, the Entry and Exit Administration will dynamically adjust the entry and exit management policies and measures according to changes in the epidemic situation, promote the orderly restoration of normal personnel exchanges between the mainland and Hong Kong, better serve and promote the construction and development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and help Hong Kong maintain long-term prosperity and stability.
