Baiyunshan During the "April 8" temple fair, Jiaxian Public Security Bureau has always followed the overall requirements of the central, provincial and municipal special campaign to crack down on gangsters and eliminate evil, insisted on cracking down on gangsters and eliminating evil, and punishing chaos in a mess. Focusing on "comprehensive investigation and no blind spots", it has severely rectified the chaos in scenic spots and established a long-term mechanism for cracking down on and rectifying. According to statistics, during the temple fair, Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area received a total of about 223,300 tourists and a traffic volume of about 60,000 vehicles. A total of 912 police officers were dispatched and 89 police cars were dispatched. 4 online fugitives were arrested. 2 criminal cases were accepted, 11 public security cases were investigated and dealt with, 7 administrative detentions were accepted, 103 citizens' requests were accepted, 33 conflicts and disputes were mediated, and 260 people were served. 1. Leaders attach importance to it, and supervision and inspection are in place
Before the meeting, the Party Committee of the County Bureau attached great importance to it and held several special meetings to study and deploy temple fair security work. The Public Security Brigade organized fire protection, industry and commerce, scenic spot management committee and other departments and units to coordinate safety guarantee work during the meeting and conducted carpet-style safety inspections to promptly rectify safety hazards. The main leader Wei Jinbin also conducted secret visits and supervised the rectification of Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area and the security work of temple fairs on many occasions.
On May 1, Wei Jinbin, the main leader of the county bureau, presided over a meeting on the "May Day" holiday and the "April 8" Baiyunshan Temple Fair's security work deployment work at the Baiyunshan Police Station. The participants conducted a detailed discussion on the rectification of temple fairs and the security work of the Baiyunshan Temple Fair, and formulated specific rectification measures for the chaos such as tail-chasing and selling, illegally recruiting people to carry passengers, forced buying and selling, and superstitious fraud.
On May 5, Deputy Director Kang Baowei, Party Committee Member Gao Haibiao, Baiyunshan Management Committee, Taoist and other units heads and nearly 160 police officers on duty attended the Baiyunshan Temple Fair security work mobilization meeting in the conference room of Baiyunshan Management Committee. The meeting further clarified its responsibilities, emphasized discipline, standardized duty, and laid a solid foundation for the successful completion of security tasks.
2. Take a heavy blow and rectify the chaos in place
According to the instructions of Wei Jinbin, the main leader of the county bureau, the police on duty are not afraid of the scorching sun and the bitter wind and rain, and always stick to their posts. They are on duty in the scenic spots and surrounding areas, and are on guard against all kinds of illegal and criminal activities, crack down on all kinds of illegal and criminal activities, and vigorously rectify the chaos in scenic spots, promote the prestige of Jiazhou's iron army, which has been unanimously praised by all walks of life. During the temple fair, a total of 6 public security cases that disrupted the order of scenic spots were investigated and dealt with, and 7 people were detained administratively.
On May 4, a case of disrupting order in public places and a case of driving a motor vehicle without a license was successfully investigated and dealt with. Two illegal personnel were detained by our bureau in accordance with the law. On the same day, a case of disrupting the order of scenic spots was investigated and dealt with, and the offenders Gao Moumou (female, 36 years old, from Mizhi) and He Moumou (male, 65 years old, from Jiaxian) were respectively detained.
On May 5, Chengguan Police Station and the Industrial and Commercial Bureau’s highway intersection stalls carried out centralized rectification. On the same day, at 11 o'clock, two people including Chang (male, 36 years old, from Mizhi) and Chang (female, 38 years old, from Jiaxian) were arrested. Our bureau detained Chang and Chang.
On May 11, Zhang Moumou (male, 39 years old, from Jiaxian) was arrested, and our bureau was administratively detained in accordance with the law.
3. Close cooperation, departments cooperate in place
This Baiyunshan "April 8" temple fair drew 25 departments' police forces, and nearly 160 police officers from 10 police types participated in the duty. During the temple fair, multiple groups of security groups worked together to closely coordinate, and successfully arrested four fugitives and two drug users.
On May 7, the drug addict was successfully arrested (male, 55 years old, from Jingbian). He was sentenced to administrative detention for 15 days and was forced to isolate and detoxify for two years. On May 8, the drug addict was arrested again, Qiao Moumou (male), was fined 200 yuan and was given community drug rehabilitation.
On May 9, the online fugitive Chen (female, 44 years old, from Yan'an) was successfully arrested for suspected drug trafficking. Our bureau transferred it to the Jingbian County Public Security Bureau in accordance with the law. On the same day, another online fugitive Gao (male, 22 years old, from Zizhou) was arrested for suspected provocation of trouble. Our bureau transferred it to the Zizhou County Public Security Bureau in accordance with the law.
On May 10, the online fugitive Li (male, 22 years old, from Zizhou) was arrested in Shipailou for suspected robbery. Our bureau handed over to the Yuheng Public Security Bureau in accordance with the law.
On May 11, an online fugitive Han Moumou (male, 44 years old, from Yan'an) was arrested in Wulong Palace for suspected burglary, and our bureau was detained in accordance with the law.
4. Excellent quality and serve the people in place
All police officers on duty adhere to a strong style, stick to their posts, keep in mind their work responsibilities, have a good style of civilized duty and serving the people, and have been unanimously praised by the rescued people.
At around 12 noon on May 6, the police received a visitor's call for help from the ticket office at the parking lot at the foot of the mountain saying that he put his phone in the ticket window and forgot to get it. Through the description of the tourists, the police determined the time range. By retrieving the ticket purchase monitoring at that time, they found the person who took the mobile phone and returned the goods to the original owner smoothly, which was praised by the tourists.
May 8, the police on duty on Dongshengqiao discovered that a man was running on the road with an abnormal behavior. Due to the large number of passing vehicles, in order to ensure the man's personal safety, the police quickly stepped forward to investigate and found out that the man had a mental illness, so they took him back to the police station, contacted his family through the local police station, and assisted in sending the man to Yulin Mental Hospital for treatment.
On May 10, the police officers on duty in the main hall received a request from the public that their 10-year-old son was lost and requested to search. After 20 minutes of detailed inquiry and identification, the police in the duty team finally found the child at the gate of the Nanshan Mountain Scenic Area. After seeing that the child is safe and sound, the parents highly praised the police for their efficient work style and expressed their sincere gratitude to them for their enthusiastic help.
