In recent days, at the Muse Lake Scenic Resort in Tunchang County, many volunteers have worn blue vests, held garbage bags, garbage shovels and other tools to participate in the beach cleaning activities. After cleaning, the beach by the river has become clean and tidy, and the scenery is beautiful.
It is understood that Muse Lake is located in Fengmu Town in the southwest of Tunchang County. The lake is surrounded by green mountains and abundant water and grass on the lakeside. The temperature in Hainan rose in April. After the water level of Muse Lake dropped, a large area of lake beach was exposed, attracting many tourists to carry out camping, barbecue, picnic and other activities. But at the same time, some tourists also discarded the garbage at will, and a lot of domestic garbage was generated on the shore beside the wooden lake.

In response to such phenomena that affect the ecological environment, starting from April 19, the Tunchang County Committee of the Communist Youth League and relevant departments urgently recruited a group of volunteers to come to the Muse Lake Scenic Resort in Fengmu Town, Tunchang County to carry out the beach cleaning action theme "Protecting the clear Muse Lake under the blue sky". At the same time, tourists are called on to camp in a civilized manner to protect the ecological environment of rivers and lakes, so that more tourists can truly feel the beauty of Muse Lake's scenery and the excellent environment.
Ms. Wang, a relevant staff member of the Tunchang County Hope Public Welfare Service Center who participated in this volunteer service activity, introduced that it is very meaningful to organize and participate in beach cleaning volunteer activities. In the future, we will continue to organize and carry out regular volunteer service activities in Tunchang to help Tunchang County build a river and lake ecological system with smooth rivers, clear water, green banks and beautiful scenery, and protect the river and lake ecological environment.
According to reports, in the next step, the Fengmu Town Government of Tunchang County will make full use of local resource advantages, implement the river and lake chief system and the "Six Waters Co-governance" environmental protection work, purchase a batch of sanitation equipment such as garbage cans to solve the problem of difficulty in handling garbage in outdoor camping for tourists, organize relevant personnel to conduct inspections regularly, clean river bank garbage, ensure that the wood-colored lake water is clear, the shore is green, and the scenery is beautiful, so that tourists (have) a comfortable tourist environment.
Water Pollution Prevention and Control Section of Tunchang County Ecological Environment Bureau introduced that in combination with the "Six Water Governance" work requirements of Tunchang County, the bureau will strictly implement the county's river water quality monitoring, strengthen ecological environment protection, and strive to build a river and lake ecological system with smooth rivers, clear water, green banks and beautiful scenery.
