Recently, Chen Kun, a member of the National People's Congress and director of the Longtan Village Health Center of Zhaoping County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, went to the Huang Yao People's Court of Zhaoping County People's Court for investigation, and expressed his approval for the Zhaoping Court's work measures to establish a tourism circuit court according to local conditions and serve the tourism development in the jurisdiction.
When visiting the mediation room of the "Travel Heart House" and the tourism trial exhibition room of Huangyao Court, Chen Kun said: "The measures of the Tourism Circuit Court and the Tourism Trial Express are very convenient and beneficial to the people. The friendly and warm "Travel Heart House" mediation room has brought the court closer to tourists and helped them resolve disputes calmly."
In recent years, Zhaoping Court has actively explored a new service model of "judicial + tourism", and used the working method of "one main line, two priority, and three adjustments to link" to conduct quick trial, quick settlement and quick execution of tourism disputes, so as to achieve the fastest settlement of cases within 1 hour, providing tourists with high-quality judicial services such as dispute resolution, legal consultation, and legal publicity.
