2. 3. For medical observation personnel in home isolation who go out without authorization during quarantine, or fail to implement notices or decisions, and refuse to cooperate with relevant prevention and control measures in home isolation, according to Article 50 of the Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China Article 1 (1) "If the decision or order issued by the people's government in an emergency situation is refused to be implemented in accordance with the law, a warning or a fine of not more than 200 yuan will be imposed; if the circumstances are serious, a detention of not less than 5 days but not more than 10 days may be imposed. 4. If a person who meets the medical observation conditions for home isolation violates relevant laws and refuses to obey isolation and other prevention and control measures and forcibly go out, resulting in damage to the health, property, etc. of others, he shall bear the corresponding civil liability for compensation in accordance with the law.
5. During the medical observation of home isolation, there is a risk of scanning the scene code at home at will as if it is deemed to go out without authorization. People in home isolation are asked to consciously avoid the above behaviors and actively fulfill their personal responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control.
