She won the 20-kilometer race walking championship in Doha and 2010 Guangzhou in two Asian Games, the 20-kilometer race walking championship in the 2011 Daegu World Championships, the 20-kilometer race walking third in the 20-kilometer race walking championship in the 2013 Moscow World Championships and the 20-kilometer race walking championship in the 2015 Beijing World Championships.
2016 Rio Olympics 20km race walk final, Liu Hong won the championship with 1 hour 28 minutes 35 seconds. Even at the age of 32, Liu Hong maintains a strong and hot competitive state. In March, Liu Hong won the championship with a record of 3 hours, 59 minutes and 15 seconds and broke the women's 50 kilometers world record. At the Doha World Championships in September, Liu Hong won the women's 20-kilometer race gold medal in 1 hour, 32 minutes and 53 seconds.
Liang Rui was born in Dingxi, Gansu Province in 1984. He is good at 50 kilometers race walking . In the 2018 China Taicang Racing Team World Championship women's 50 kilometers competition, Liang Rui won a new world record with 4 hours, 04 minutes and 36 seconds, until he was both broken by his teammates Li Maocuo and Liu Hong this year. At the Doha World Championships, Liang Rui won the gold medal in the women's 50km competition with 4 hours, 23 minutes and 26 seconds.
