01 Determination of close contacts

02 Close contact management requirements
clarifies the conditions for centralized and home isolation, among which the following conditions require centralized isolation:
① New close contacts from now on;
② No fixed residence in Chongqing;
③ No place of residence Have the conditions for home isolation, such as not being able to guarantee one room for one person;
④ Have taken home isolation measures before but cannot consciously manage them;
⑤The local government believes that other centralized isolation is needed.
There are no centralized isolation conditions for the jurisdiction and those who meet the following three conditions can be subject to medical observation at home:
① Have a fixed residence in Chongqing;
②If the residence conditions meet the requirements of medical observation for isolation (can guarantee one person and one room);
③ Village (community) management and service measures can be implemented in place and can meet the requirements of medical observation standards for home isolation.
Close contacts who meet these three conditions can undergo medical observation in home isolation.
03 Management organization
clearly states that centralized isolation medical observation is responsible for the governments of each district and county (autonomous county, hereinafter referred to as each district and county) and home isolation medical observation is led by the township government (street office), and the "point-leader responsibility system" is implemented.
