meeting reviewed and passed the "Regulations on the Association of the Chinese Taiping Youth Intellectuals Association" and the "Voting and Election Measures of the Association of the Chinese Taiping Youth Intellectuals Association", and elected the first board of the Taiping Youth Intellectuals Association with Ji Zhengrong as the president.
