According to the two of them, due to the impact of the epidemic, the frozen products business was not easy to do during the period, and neither of them had much money, so they discussed stealing frozen products from the cold storage and selling them to earn some "extra money".
After having this idea, the two hit it off. In early February last year, Huang Mouyou obtained the cold storage key from the accounting office on the grounds of borrowing the key to go to the bathroom, and handed the cold storage key to Yu Mou forcibly partnering. Qiang kept a set key at that time, and the rest were left to Huang Mouyou for safekeeping.

The stolen goods cost 1,300 yuan...
From February 15 to April 22 last year, the two men used pre-equipped keys to open the cold storage door lock many times to steal frozen products such as pork belly, pig whip, chicken breast steak, etc. After theft, Yu Mouqiang sold the frozen products. During this period, Yu Mouqiang used the cold storage key he kept and stole frozen products in the cold storage of the Hospitality Food Business Department many times and sold stolen goods for profit.
After investigation, the two of them committed the crime 13 times together, and Yu Mouqiang committed the crime 6 times alone, making an illegal profit of about 22,000 yuan. After identification, the total value of the stolen frozen product was about 150,000 yuan, and the losses were heavy. At present, Yu Mouqiang and Huang Mouyou are compensated by Boss Wang 50,000 yuan.
The case was held in a remote trial by three parties
It is understood that Yu Mouqiang and Huang Mouyou were released on bail by the Jiangnan Public Security Bureau on April 25 last year on suspicion of theft. On October 22 of the same year, the arrest was approved by the Jiangnan District Procuratorate. The arrest was carried out by the Jiangnan Public Security Bureau on Sunday. During the trial, the Jiangnan District Procuratorate believed that the defendants Yu Mouqiang and Huang Mouyou stole property from others many times for the purpose of illegal possession. The behavior of the two defendants violated the 260th " Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China " Article 4: If the crime is clear and the evidence is true and sufficient, he shall be held criminally responsible for the crime of theft.
Among them, after the defendant Huang Mouyou committed the crime, he was summoned by the public security organs and confessed his crime truthfully. According to the provisions of Article 67, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, he surrendered himself and could be given a lighter punishment. The defendant Huang Mouyou pleaded guilty and accepted punishment, and according to Article 15 of the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, he may be treated with leniently.
