This is a great event for the county, which indicates that rural homesteads will have "ID cards", marking the Renhua County's rural housing land integrated housing site and construction land ownership certification has taken substantial steps.
The county’s “housing and land integration” rural real estate rights confirmation, registration and certification work has been progressing smoothly since it was launched in May. By the end of November, the number of cases that should be investigated in 11 towns (streets) in the county was approximately 55,000, and the field investigation completion rate was approximately 84%. Public notification and third-level review have begun in 10 villages in 6 towns. At present, the Hekou Village Group of Lianhe Village, Changjiang Town has taken the lead in completing the first batch of "house and land integrated" rural real estate registration work, and issued the first batch of house and land integrated rural real estate certificates in the county. It is about to enter the comprehensive certification stage, which will consolidate the agricultural and rural areas. It is of great significance to develop the foundation and promote the harmony and stability of rural social order.
At the ceremony, 10 villagers representatives of the Hekou Village Group of Lianhe Village, Changjiang Town received the real estate certificate for the integration of rural housing and land for the first time, which heralded that the rural homesteads had an "ID card" and marked the integration of rural housing and land in Renhua County. Substantial steps have been taken in confirming and issuing certificates for bases and construction land.
