People often ask me which model the table is, so I will put the table at the front today to make it easier for you to buy. The

main monitor: BenQ BenQ PD2700U
4K HDR 10bit monitor, currently used as the main monitor.
The reason why I chose this monitor as the main monitor is mainly because of the high resolution of 4K, which can make the text on the screen look like paper reading, and 4K is still quite popular now. For details, see the picture below
▲This is a comparison group screen shot with 91.8 PPI. After zooming in at 400%, you can clearly feel the graininess. English letters P, B, etc. are no longer rounded.
▲This is the 163.2 PPI BenQ PD2700U screen. After magnifying 400%, the text is still delicate and the letters are still round, giving people a reading experience like browsing on paper.
In addition, BenQ PD2700U also supports HDR, so whether it is watching movies or playing games, the visual experience and the color of the picture are very comfortable, so I will use this monitor for movies and games.

For example, in the development of web pages, customers will only ask you for a blue background or a green background, and then there will be various color adjustments. . . . . I won’t tell you the color code at all. Even if the color looks OK on my computer, I’m not satisfied when I look at it on my own monitor. At this time, color accuracy and self-contained color calibration are the best tools to blame. . With the color calibration report, you can legitimately answer the customers' questions. . . Secondary monitor: Dell Dell S2415H
▲This monitor was sold cheaply when it came to Australia with a student discount. The main reason for choosing this monitor was the ultra-narrow bezel and HDMI interface. It also comes with speakers, which I used at that time were Alienware. The alpha box does not have a 3.5mm audio output port.So this monitor was used as a monitor and a speaker at the same time. Now it is used as a secondary monitor to read information when I am working, or to watch YouTube to relieve my boredom when I am not busy.

Because this monitor has been discontinued for a long time, I won’t introduce it too much.
Secondary monitor: BenQ BenQ BL2480T
I gave my girlfriend a BenQ BL2480T as an eye protection monitor, but she thought the monitor was not big enough, so I had to give my girlfriend my LG 29WK600 21:9 monitor. This monitor I used it as a secondary monitor. This monitor has several advantages, including dynamic dimming, low flicker, low blue light, and a stand that supports up and down adjustment and rotation.
Regarding dynamic dimming, this part has the same function as PD2700U, so I used the animation I made before to show the actual effect
▲In the first part, I used the flash of the mobile phone to illuminate the light sensor with strong light, and the screen brightness was adjusted within about 2 seconds. The lower left corner of the animation is the residual light of my phone’s flash.
▲The second part is tested with ordinary indoor light changes. From turning on one light to turning on two lights, and then turning off the light, the screen brightness is adjusted three times in total. The total time from turning on the light to turning off the light is about 5 seconds. .
It can be seen from the two experiments that the light sensor of BenQ BL2480T is still very sensitive, and the efficiency of light adjustment is also very high.

It is obvious that when taking pictures of a computer screen with a mobile phone, there are no stroboscopic regular horizontal stripes on the screen.

I had always planned to upgrade my desktop lighting system. I originally planned to DIY it myself, but because I was not confident in my hands-on ability, I finally bought the original BenQ WiT ScreenBar Plus, it feels so good to use it, I even bought one for my girlfriend.

Well, the premise of the entire 3-screen desktop transformation is to have a computer with usable performance, and this time I just installed a desktop computer. I’ve only shared part of the hardware, and haven’t written an article about the entire machine.

game console: PS4 thick console

And this time I also replaced the PS4 with an SSD and redid the system. I will take the time to write about replacing the PS4 with an SSD. and write systematic articles.

Because my PS4 and N1 boxes both support HDR and only have HDMI OUT function, they are naturally connected to my main monitor BenQ PD2700U, but BenQ PD2700U only has one HDMI IN function, so the HDMI switch is very important, and it can Avoid the trouble of manually switching HDMI cables.

It should be noted that if you buy this product, the price difference is tens of dollars. You must buy HDMI 2.0. Don’t buy it just because it says it supports 4K on the product page. Because HDMI 1.4 can also support 4K 30Hz, there are many unscrupulous merchants using misleading propaganda of HDMI 1.4, only highlighting 4K, but staying silent about the refresh rate and whether it supports HDR.

As mentioned above, my previous computer was an Alienware alpha, which did not have a 3.5mm audio interface, so basically I could only use USB headphones and speakers. This speaker has a simple appearance and is very easy to operate. The driver can directly adjust the system volume. Although I have changed my computer now, I haven’t changed my speakers yet due to budget and other issues.
