Add another 100,000-ton water-based coating film-forming additive production line (RTC-12 and RTC-16 each 50,000 tons) to meet the supply demand in domestic and foreign markets and relieve demand pressure. After two months of trial production and debugging, except for the 30,000-ton high-boiling point odor-free film-forming additive RTC-281 and the 30,000-ton plasticizer production line in Workshop No. 1, which are about to be completed and put into operation, the remaining 50,000-ton 100 The fully automated production lines for dicarbon alcohol esters and 10,000-ton hexacarbon alcohol esters, as well as the three waste treatment areas, Class A warehouses, and packaging workshops have all been put into use normally.

The establishment of the Taixing factory will further realize Runtai's rapid response to the global coatings market, focus on the development of the coating additives industry, and concentrate on the production and operation of coating additives.
According to the 5-year and 10-year strategic plans previously announced by Runtai Co., Ltd., for a long period of time in the future, Runtai Co., Ltd. will "stabilize the center, strengthen the two wings, and develop together", with film-forming additives and other water-based coating industry products As the main body, we develop together with environmentally friendly plasticizers and pharmaceutical intermediates as the two wings.
