Villager Zeng Zhiwei was one of the first people to build a hot spring B&B in Retang Village. In 1993, he built a row of bungalows on his homestead and arranged a dozen guest rooms with hot spring bathtubs according to the configuration of a guest house. "It costs three to five yuan to wash a bath, and it costs dozens of yuan to stay a night."
