This event is co-sponsored by the Changchun Municipal Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Changchun Municipal People's Government, and is hosted by Jilin China Travel Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Changchun Jingyuetan Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. The categories are divided into 500 meters, 3 kilometers, 5 kilometers, 10 kilometers and half marathon. Under the background of normalized epidemic prevention and control, this competition mainly recruits provincial runners and overseas running enthusiasts resident in China, with a total number of participants of more than 700.

In the end, Zhang Mingzhuo from Changchun won the men’s half marathon championship with a time of 1 hour, 10 minutes and 31 seconds. The runner-up and third place were won by Zhao Lei and Li Jiahui respectively; Wei Yanan, a multiple-time world marathon champion from Beijing, won the women’s half marathon championship. The time was 1 hour, 24 minutes and 52 seconds. The runner-up and third runner-up were won by Dai Jie and Wang Wei respectively.
