This recipe is so easy and it’s as healthy as pseudo-fried rice made with cauliflower. Stuff high-protein, low-fat tuna filling into zucchini for a combination that's naturally gluten-free, low-carb, and keto-friendly. The texture of the baked zucchini is creamy and tender, the tuna seasoned with black pepper, paprika, garlic and basil is juicy and the cheese on the surface melts just right. With one bite, the rich flavors and multiple textures all blend into your mouth. And it provides a super long-lasting feeling of satiety. The actual cooking time is no more than 15 minutes, just push it into the oven and you can do it. In addition to "zucchini pizza boat", you can also call it: "zucchini pie boat". :-D
