Liu Kun, male, Han nationality, was born in December 1956 in Raoping, Guangdong. He joined the Communist Party of China in July 1984 and started working in June 1973. He graduated from the Department of Economics of Xiamen University with a bachelor's degree in finance and a postgraduate degree in economics from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee.
