On the afternoon of September 20, the Hengyang Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China organized and carried out the 2022 four-level linkage emergency drill for robbery and riot prevention. The Provincial Branch Security Department guided the drill through remote video monitoring, the Hengyang Municipal Public Security Bureau provided on-site guidance, and Qidong County Public Security Bureau, Xintiandi Security Service Co., Ltd., Sifangtai Security Service Co., Ltd. and other units participated. Financial system security personnel were invited to observe the drill.
This drill set up four scenarios: employee kidnapping and robbery, robbery and riot prevention during cash box handover, terrorist incident emergency, and earthquake disaster emergency response. It was designed to further improve the emergency response capabilities of the entire bank's employees and provide a safer financial services environment for the general public. In order to carry out this drill well, the provincial and municipal Agricultural Bank of China , public security departments, and security companies have connected many times and conducted repeated drills. Leaders at all levels and units have always attached great importance to it and paid full attention to it. The entire plan has been deduced and discussed many times, and the process is carefully designed and has strong operability.
The drill process closely focused on on-site response, prevention, alarm, reporting and other links. Provincial and municipal branches, sub-branches and outlets were linked at four levels, and the public security and banks and insurance cooperated. The drill links were smooth, the background processing was timely, and the mutual cooperation was close. The actions were very realistic and had a strong sense of shock.
After the exercise, Ma Shangyong, leader of the internal security detachment of Hengyang Municipal Public Security Bureau, made comments. Zhao Jun, member of the party committee and bank leader of Agricultural Bank of China Hengyang Branch, made a concluding speech, fully affirming the success of the exercise and expressing his gratitude to the public security auxiliary police, security companies and all employees who participated in the exercise.
Through practical on-site drills, we further tested and improved the bank's emergency response capabilities, especially the emergency response capabilities of outlets, further standardized emergency management and disposal procedures, enhanced employees' awareness of prevention, ensured emergencies are handled promptly, quickly and effectively, and ensure the personal and property safety of employees and customers.
