Zeng Junjie, 43, is the Party branch secretary of Futang Village, Jinggang Town, Wangcheng District, the general manager of Wangcheng District Xianggang Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd., and the chairman of the Rare Bird Breeding Professional Cooperative. He is also a member of the Communist Party of China with 22 years of party experience. In 1997, Zeng Junjie was admitted to Hunan Normal University, but because of his family's poor financial conditions, he gave up the opportunity to go to college to his younger sister.
