html On the morning of August 3, Fang Weifeng, director of the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and his delegation visited our school to conduct research and discussions on the school's construction and development. Accompanied by Liu Qinshe, secretary of the school party committee, and others, Fang Weifeng and his party inspected the construction of the new Second Affiliated Hospital, the site of the Shaanxi Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the planned land for the Shaanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture, Technology and Health Industrial Park, visited the Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine History Museum, and held a symposium in the conference room on the third floor of the school administration.

Liu Qinshe, Secretary of the Party Committee of our school, introduced the development vision of the school during the 13th Five-Year Plan, and reported on the construction projects of the Shaanxi Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the New Second Affiliated Hospital, and the ideas for cooperating with Fengxi New City to build the Shaanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture, Technology and Health Industrial Park.
At the symposium Liu Qinshe summarized the school's construction achievements from the school's development history, school running level and comprehensive strength, service capabilities and social contributions. He introduced the school's "13th Five-Year Plan" development vision from the aspects of enhancing the ability to serve regional economic development, comprehensively deepening reforms, accelerating the pace of infrastructure construction, and creating a national first-class high-level traditional Chinese medicine university. He also reported on the construction projects of the Shaanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum, the Second Affiliated Hospital New Hospital, and the ideas for cooperating with Fengxi New City to build the Shaanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture, Technology and Health Industrial Park.
Fang Weifeng emphasized that traditional Chinese medicine is an industry with unique national characteristics and development advantages in my country, and universities have important scientific and educational and achievement incubation and transformation advantages in the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry. Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has a long history and outstanding achievements. In 2015, it successfully changed its name to a university. The school has great potential for development. The new leadership team has clear ideas and is very motivated to start a business. They grasp major issues and plan for the overall situation. They are actively leading the teachers and students of the school to create a first-class and high-level university of traditional Chinese medicine in the country. Fang Weifeng said that the Provincial Development and Reform Commission will fully support the construction and development of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, support the school to further improve its basic capacity building level; support the school to build provincial and national engineering experimental centers; support the school to build a traditional Chinese medicine industry chain incubation system and build a traditional Chinese medicine base. Fang Weifeng hopes that the school will give full play to its own advantages, rely on the strength of traditional Chinese medicine masters and expert professors, strengthen innovation in traditional Chinese medicine, health and wellness research, etc., play the role of a think tank, better serve local economic construction, and make greater contributions to "Healthy Shaanxi".

In the morning, the Council meeting was held. President Liu Li delivered a welcome speech, extending a warm welcome to the leading guests and participating fraternal colleges and universities, and introduced Shaanxi’s long history and culture, rich red resources, traditional Chinese medicine resources, and the basic situation of our school. Liu Li pointed out that the school affairs work of colleges and universities is facing new situations and new tasks. How to explore new ways and solve new problems is of great significance in inheriting the past and ushering in the future. With academic exchanges as the main line, this conference will focus on hot issues such as "double first-class" construction, the construction of a modern university system, the optimization of internal governance structures of traditional Chinese medicine colleges, and the refinement of school affairs. It will carry out learning, exchanges, and dialogues, aiming to promote the exchange of information and experience among various traditional Chinese medicine colleges. The council meeting was chaired by Wang Guodong, director of the Party Committee and President’s Office of our school.
Cheng Haibo, Hong Jing, Yu Haiyang and others delivered speeches one after another, fully affirming our school's careful preparation of the meeting and speaking highly of our school's academic achievements. Cheng Haibo said that in the past year, with the theme of "establishing rules and regulations, being determined to innovate, and pragmatic development", the Research Association has carried out three key tasks in terms of further standardizing organizational construction and secretariat management, and striving to strengthen academic research by setting up a research collaboration group of the Research Association. In the future, the Research Association will further strengthen team building, broaden work exchange platforms, strengthen academic research to solve practical problems, and strengthen service capabilities and the role of a think tank. Hong Jing, on behalf of the National Association of Higher Education in Traditional Chinese Medicine, affirmed the work achievements of the research association in his speech. The report is far-sighted, truth-seeking and pragmatic, and plays an important guiding role in providing participants with a deep understanding and accurate grasp of the planning outline. This conference organized a paper collection activity with the theme of "Revolving around the Double-First-Class Construction and Promoting the Reform and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Schools". A total of 28 papers were received. After blind review by experts, 6 first prizes, 9 second prizes and 13 third prizes were finally selected. Our school won one first prize, one second prize, and two third prizes.
As the organizer of the conference, our school does its best to organize the conference and provide thoughtful and meticulous services. This meeting has the largest number of participants since the establishment of the school-run work research association, and the participating peers gave unanimous praise to the meeting.
