Panda Craft Brewing is a modern and new comprehensive brewing factory project jointly developed by Xixiu District of Anshun City, Panda Craft Brewing (Yiyang) Liquor Co., Ltd. and Anshun Qing'an Industrial Investment and Development Co., Ltd. It covers an area of about 50 acres and has a total investment of about 80 million yuan. It will be implemented in two phases. The overall plan is 100,000 liters/year. The first phase is a 30,000 kiloliters/year beer project with a filling line of 18,000 bottles/hour. After the project is officially put into production, the sales revenue in the first year will be no less than 50 million yuan, the sales revenue in the second year will be no less than 80 million yuan, and the sales revenue in the third year will be no less than 120 million yuan. After full production, the annual output value will be approximately 400 million yuan. At present, the project has been put into production, and a 50 million yuan low-interest loan for poverty alleviation from Qingdao China Development Bank is gradually being received.
"When we invested in Panda Craft Brewing, the condition was that we needed to build a factory in Guizhou." Cui Weilong, assistant general manager of Anshun Qing'an Industrial Investment and Development Co., Ltd., said in an interview that the project will provide at least 100 jobs in poverty alleviation. At the same time, craft beer is different from ordinary beer in that some flavors are added, and local honey, ginger juice, and golden prickly pear are all good flavor raw materials.
The overall planned area of the Qingdao-Anshun jointly built industrial park is 90.4 square kilometers, and the overall planned area of the core area is 37.6 square kilometers. The Panda Craft Brewing project is a representative example of the steady progress in the construction of the starting area of the Qingdao-Anshun jointly built industrial park. The industrial center city complex project, Huatong Hotel, was put into trial operation on July 1, 2019, creating more than 100 jobs. The first phase of the Hongda multi-functional ecological packaging and agricultural mulch film project has an investment of 27 million yuan in the factory building and 4 million yuan in equipment. The main products include multi-functional fully biodegradable mulch films and fully biodegradable daily packaging film bags, with a planned annual output of 2,000 tons; Xi5 Road is located in the 400-acre industrial center project land, with a total length of 3,820 meters, running through the park from north to south, starting from West No. 1 Road in the north, and intersecting with West No. 11 Road, West No. 2 Road, West No. 7 Road, West No. 3 Road, and West No. 4 Road. At present, 6 projects have been started in the starting area, and the cooperative development of Qingdao Anshun is off to a promising start.
It is reported that the Qingdao-Anshun jointly built industrial park will accelerate the construction of Anshun industrial cooperation guidance fund, Anshun cross-border e-commerce industrial park, Qingdao-Anshun land-sea (rail-sea) intermodal transport and other projects.
