On April 4, the Baise Border Management Detachment carried out arrest operations in the border jurisdiction under the unified deployment and command of the Baise Municipal Bureau, successfully cracked down on a border-related illegal and criminal gang suspected of smuggling and other borders, and arrested 12 criminal suspects.

Since March this year, border residents in a town in Longbang Town, Jingxi City have gathered criminals to participate in border smuggling and other illegal activities in order to make profits, and have gradually formed smuggling criminal gangs. On March 24, the gang smuggled 31 raw cattle from abroad near a boundary marker in Longbang Town, and was seized by police from the Longbang Border Police Station of the detachment.

After investigation, it was found that the batch of raw cattle had not been inspected and quarantined by relevant departments. Once it flowed into the domestic market, it would pose a serious threat to the lives and health of the people. The

Detachment drew elite police forces to form a special working team and carried out investigation work, successfully locking up the smuggling criminal gang.

At around 4 a.m. on April 4, with the order of the operation commander, more than 80 civilian and auxiliary policemen attacked and successfully arrested 12 suspects suspected of smuggling and other illegal crimes in a certain town in Longbang Town, Jingxi City.

At present, the case is under further investigation.
