New rescue plan includes: issuing 300 euros energy subsidy to pensioners; issuing 200 euros in one-time energy subsidy for students and apprentices; 200 euros in one-time energy subsidy; before the end of this year, housing subsidy recipients will receive a one-time additional heating subsidy. In addition, the federal government plans to provide states with 1.5 billion euros of funds each year for monthly transportation pass discounts, etc. At the same time, the government also plans to set a price cap on basic energy consumption in individuals and households.
