Liu Deyin publicly responded to this issue that Taiwan’s TSMC has more than 50,000 engineers, and only 500 engineers have been dispatched to TSMC in Arizona, USA. Comparing 500 engineers with 50,000 engineers, it can be found that TSMC will not empty all local Taiwanese companies and move them to the United States, which is only an integral part of TSMC's overseas strategy.
