My surname is Li, my name is Xinzhong, and the owner of Deyi Hall. Li is the same as Lao Tzu, the founder of Taoism. He has a new meaning of seeking change, and aims to be impartial in doing things; Deyi Hall means to follow the right path for life and pursue the interests of life.
I was born in 1963, when the natural disasters were the worst in three years. In the remote and backward rural areas of Xiangcheng, the junction of Henan and Anhui, there were seven brothers and sisters. However, I, who ranked first in junior high school, had to go to work points after graduating from junior high school. He served as a brigade's clerk. He liked to write and draw, and sent a press release. He was recommended to work as a worker in the power plant. Later, he was selected to be a cadre in the township government and the urban construction bureau. It can be said that writing has made me a lifetime and allowed me to leave Huang Shidi.
A smooth life is not in line with my name of change. When I encountered reform and opening up, I went to the market to make a fuss and founded construction companies and real estate development companies. I am still the chairman of Degao Real Estate Co., Ltd. In business, we believe that "greed is real poverty, and satisfaction is real wealth."
In your spare time, splashing ink can not only please your mood and improve your body. I usually like to collect, and friends from all walks of life often come to the humble house to taste tea and discuss art. Thanks to the advice of Mao Guodian, Xie Anjun, Wang Mengren and other calligraphy, my calligraphy has made great progress. My works have been exhibited, published in newspapers, and museums. There are endless people who are seeking calligraphy from far and near. He also obtained a lot of titles such as member of the Provincial Calligraphy Association, consultant of the Zhoukou Calligraphy Association, and vice chairman of the Xiangcheng Calligraphy Association.
But I also know that I am not yet proficient in calligraphy and I am just starting out, but I firmly believe that "it is never too late to learn". I often practice hard until late at night, learn calligraphy, cultivate sentiment and nourish my soul. Now I have reached the point of "not reading without writing or writing".
Recently, I was inspired by a few friends and asked me to publish a collection. When I was in my sixties, it was a summary of my calligraphy. To appreciate the support of all teachers and fellow Taoists, Mr. Mao Guodian, Vice Chairman of the China Calligraphy Association, wrote the inscription happily, and Wang Mengren, the lifelong honorary chairman of the Zhoukou Calligraphy Association, personally wrote the preface to the collection of works. I am very grateful.
The road to calligraphy is still far away. As a calligraphy practice, please criticize and correct me by the Fang family and make everyone smile. But I will crawl forward on this path as the foundation ladder towards calligraphy art.
